Like most moms, I have had to deal with the struggle of trying to get my body back after having my baby. Contrary to what many woman hope will happen, including myself, your body normally does not just bounce back after giving birth.
It takes time to get yourself mentally and physically back to normal and just like every other mom, I had to adjust to the body I had while working to get somewhat close to my pre-baby body. This includes learning how to dress the body I had while working to get the body I wanted.
For me this meant turning to my styling experience and knowledge to know how to dress in a way that helped me to look my best and not feel so self conscious about my new body and the extra weight.
